NOVELTY - Coating comprises 25-40 pts. wt. aqueous resin emulsion, 21-30 pts. wt. water, 0.4-0.7 pt. wt. graphene, 29.7-39 pts. wt. filler, 4.3-5.5 pts. wt. additive and 0-26.4 pts. wt. curing agent. The additive comprises wetting and dispersing agent, antifoaming agent, leveling agent, rust inhibitor, thickening agent and film-forming agent. USE - As coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high gloss, high hardness and adhesion, excellent mechanical property, heat-dissipating thermal conductivity and anti-corrosion performance, and is economical and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, which involves adding water to a dispersing machine, adding 1.5 times weight of zirconium beads, sequentially adding wetting and dispersing agent and graphene, adjusting the rotating speed at 500-1000 rpm, adding antifoaming agent, stirring edge while stirring, after 10 minutes, adding aqueous resin emulsion to the mixture, adjusting the rotating speed at 900-1800 rpm, adding leveling agent, rust inhibitor, thickening agent and film-forming agent while stirring, adding curing agent after 30-60 minutes, where the curing agent is added when the slurry is uniformly dispersed and the fineness is not greater than 40 microns, adding a proper amount of water, adjusting the rotating speed at 400-800 rpm, stirring for 10-15 minutes, filtering, and adjusting the viscosity using ultrapure water to obtain a finished product.
