▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The invention relates to a graphene-based nanostructured bidimensional film and to the process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the film exhibits layers the surfaces of which are made of hexagonal lattices interconnected by polyhedral channels of 1 um, as well as of smaller lattices, with electric conductivity of 0.003...0.016 S/cm, thermal stability of 900...1000 degrees C, hydrophobic character with a static contact angle value ranging from 21...151 degrees . The process for preparing the film, as claimed by the invention, consists in applying a polyimide laser pyrolysis method, while monitoring and varying three parameters: laser power, scanning rate and operation step interval, resulting in five types of products, the laser pyrolysis being conducted as intermittent and overlapping steps, to create either zones surface-graphitized by thermal diffusion, or consecutive thin strips which receive an increasingly high level of laser fluence, at a laser power in the range of 4.8...6W, with a scanning rate of 20...450 mm/s, an interval between the steps of 10...120 um, with base fluence in the range of 0.27...4.8 J/mm-2 and maximum reached fluence of 0.59...9.60 J/mm-2.
