NOVELTY - A composite additive slurry comprises 5-8 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 4-6 pts. wt. metal salt, 84-86 pts. wt. activated carbon, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. reducing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant, and 100-120 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Composite additive slurry for supercapacitor and battery. ADVANTAGE - The composite additive slurry effectively improves the active material utilization rate of the battery, and provides battery which has excellent specific energy, specific power, prolonged cycle life and stable performance, and effectively achieves the combination of battery and capacitor performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite additive slurry, which involves using inorganic strong protonic acid, activated carbon, weak oxidant, potassium hydroxide, aqueous ammonia, ammonium carbonate, sodium sulfate, inert gas and noble gas.
