NOVELTY - Heat-resistant coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 22-37 pts. wt. polyethersulfone resin, 1-3 pts. wt. mica powder, 3-5 pts. wt. nano graphene, 1-2 pts. wt. gas phase silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. flatting agent, and 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - The heat-resistant coating is useful for non-stick pot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant coating: has good stability, no toxicity, good safety, flame retardant property, good metal adhesion property, and excellent reliability under long-term high temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the heat-resistant coating comprising (1) mixing polytetrafluoroethylene, polyethersulfone resin, mica powder, nano graphene, gas phase silicon dioxide, flatting agent, dispersant, acrylic latex, and chitin at 700-900 revolutions/minute and stirring for 1-2 hours to obtain the coating, and (2) spraying the coating on the inner layer of the metal pot, placing the metal pot in an oven and baking at 180-250 degrees C for 15-20 minutes to obtain a heat-resistant coating; and (2) non-stick pot comprising heat-resistant coating mentioned above.
