NOVELTY - Method for charging and modifying surface of graphene, involves (a) dissolving graphene solution in water to obtain graphene solution, adding dispersant and polymer, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain graphene dispersion, where the dosage of dispersant is 0.05-0.2 %mass based on total mass of graphene solution, (b) adding acrylamide monomer and crosslinking agent to graphene dispersion liquid, uniformly mixing and stirring, and pre-heating to obtain pre-heating solution, (c) continuously heating obtained mixture with initiator, coagulant and silane coupling agent, where the initiator is persulfate initiator, the coagulant is tetramethylethylenediamine, after evaporating organic solvent, completely curing the polymer, completely stirring the granulation in heating process, and (d) performing conventional carbonization treatment on graphite composite material coated with high polymer on surface after cooling in step (c). USE - Method for charging and modifying surface of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures that the polymer is completely coated on graphite surface and coating amount is same every time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for charging and modifying surface of graphene, involves (a) dissolving graphene solution in water to obtain graphene solution, adding dispersant and polymer, uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain graphene dispersion, where the dosage of dispersant is 0.05-0.2 %mass based on total mass of graphene solution, (b) adding acrylamide monomer and crosslinking agent to graphene dispersion liquid, uniformly mixing and stirring, and pre-heating to obtain pre-heating solution, where the concentration of acrylamide monomer is 5-7 %mass based on total mass of graphene dispersion liquid, and the molar ratio of crosslinking agent and acrylamide monomer is 1:(18-22), (c) continuously heating obtained mixture with initiator, coagulant and silane coupling agent, where the initiator is persulfate initiator, the coagulant is tetramethylethylenediamine, the concentration of initiator is 1-2 %mass based on total mass of acrylamide monomer and crosslinking agent, the use amount of coagulant is 0.05 vol.% based on total volume of pre-heating solution, the mass ratio of graphene dispersion liquid and boric acid is 100:2, after evaporating organic solvent, completely curing the polymer, completely stirring the granulation in heating process to obtain graphite composite material with surface coated with polymer, and (d) performing conventional carbonization treatment on graphite composite material coated with high polymer on surface after cooling in step (c).
