▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A porous composite comprises nanopores, and graphene, where the nanopores are arranged in the graphene matrix including the graphene, and the size of the nanopores is 50 nm or less. USE - Porous composite used as active material in negative electrode of lithium-ion secondary battery (all claimed) for hybrid vehicle such as plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). ADVANTAGE - The porous composite provides battery with excellent cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a siege complex, which comprises 0.1-5 atomic% silicon (Si) included in the porous composite; (2) a negative electrode, which comprises a negative electrode active material comprising the porous composite; (3) a lithium battery (1), which comprises anode (2), cathode (3), and an electrolyte between the electrodes, where at least one of the electrodes comprise the porous composite; and (4) preparation of the composite precursor, which involves supplying a reactive gas composed of a carbon source gas to silica or the metal oxide (M1) and heat-treating silica or the metal oxide and a reduction product thereof, or a metal oxide (M2), and preparing a porous composite by removing at least one chosen from the silica or the metal oxide (M1) and silicon oxide or the metal oxide (M2). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the lithium battery. Lithium battery (1) Electrodes (2, 3) Separator (4) Battery case (5) Cap assembly (6)
