▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation of graphene composite aerogel absorbing material involves mixing composite component, reducing agent and graphene oxide aqueous dispersion at 90-180 degrees C, carrying out closed reaction for 6-12 hours, and drying. The reducing agent is hydrazine hydrate, ethylenediamine, ascorbic acid, P-phenylenediamine or hydrogen iodide. The composite component is polymer solution (A) or magnetic nanoparticles coated with polymer (B). The polymer (A) is water-soluble polymer. Polymer (B) is polyacetylene, polythiophene, polypyrrole or polyaniline. USE - Preparation of graphene composite aerogel absorbing material used in aircraft stealth, electromagnetic shielding, electromagnetic safety protection and anechoic chamber (claimed) and radar and communication equipment. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene composite aerogel absorbing material with low density, high absorption strength, excellent absorbing properties, low graphene content and broad application potential and market prospect by economical process, and effectively absorbs the bandwidth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of graphene composite aerogel absorbing material involves mixing composite component, reducing agent and graphene oxide aqueous dispersion at 90-180 degrees C, carrying out closed reaction for 6-12 hours, and drying. The magnetic nanoparticles are carbonyl iron or metal iron oxide of formula: MFe2O4. %Mass=Mn, Fe, Co or Ni. . An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage of graphene composite aerogel absorbing material in aircraft stealth, electromagnetic shielding, electromagnetic safety protection and anechoic chamber.
