▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing gold nano cluster-polypeptide sensor involves preparing amino -functionalized graphene oxide (GO-NH2) using graphene oxide (GO) nanomaterials. The carbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) are added separately to methyl-1-butyne (MPA) solution, vortex vigorously at room temperature, and pH of the solution is adjusted using phosphate buffer. The GO-NH2 is added to the solution, and solution is violently vortex, centrifuged and washed at room temperature, and dispersed in Tween (RTM: polysorbate 20) 20 to obtain graphene oxide-sodium hypochlorite (GO-SH) solution. The gold nano cluster-polypeptide sensor is prepared by mixing the GO-SH solution with gold nanoparticles (Au-NPs) for reaction, and adding a polypeptide solution for mixing reaction to obtain gold nano cluster-polypeptide sensor. USE - Method for preparing gold nanocluster-polypeptide sensor for detecting chymotrypsin (claimed) in the field of biochemistry, environmental detection and food safety. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to make innovative modification on the surface of GO, prepare innovative materials, has relatively high detection sensitivity and selectivity, is not limited to the detection of chymotrypsin, and provide a novel means and experimental basis for the detection of small molecules, protein, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an application of gold nanocluster-polypeptide sensor, which is used for detecting chymotrypsin.
