▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene quantum dot-sulfide composite material preparation performing ultrasonic dispersion of graphene oxide (2-8mg) with deionized water (70mL) to obtain a brown-yellow suspension, and adding zinc acetate (0.266g) or cadmium acetate (0.123g) and thiourea (0.228g) to the brown-yellow suspension to obtain a mixture. Polyacrylic acid (5mL) is added to the mixture, and then ammonium hydroxide is added to the mixture to adjust pH value to 8-10. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot-sulfide composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene quantum dot-sulfide composite material in a cost-effective and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene quantum dot-sulfide composite material preparation performing ultrasonic dispersion of graphene oxide (2-8mg) with deionized water (70mL) to obtain a brown-yellow suspension, and adding zinc acetate (0.266g) or cadmium acetate (0.123g) and thiourea (0.228g) to the brown-yellow suspension to obtain a mixture. Polyacrylic acid (5mL) is added to the mixture, and then ammonium hydroxide is added to the mixture to adjust pH value to 8-10. The product is entered into a hydro-thermal reaction kettle for performing hydro-thermal reaction at 160-200 degrees C for 6-8h minutes to obtain black precipitate. The black precipitate is washed, and then dried graphene quantum dot-sulfide composite material.
