NOVELTY - Deoxidation-protected sulfur recycling catalyst comprises 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. quenching manganese iron slag, 20-30 pts. wt. diatomite, 40-50 pts. wt. activated aluminum oxide, 6-15 pts. wt. ferric oxide, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. lanthanum oxide and 1.6-2.4 pts. wt. vanadium pentoxide. USE - Used as deoxidation-protected sulfur recycling catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The deoxidation-protected sulfur recycling catalyst is economical, simple in preparation and has good Claus activity and strong anti-oxidation function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing recycling catalyst, comprising (i) taking above mentioned raw materials; (ii) taking quenched manganese iron ore slag of step (i), diatomaceous earth, activated alumina, ferric oxide, lanthanum oxide and vanadium pentoxide, granulating by granulating agent to a particle diameter of 120-150 mu m; (iii) ultrasonically dispersing graphene in deionized water, adding mixture of particles prepared in step (ii), mixing uniformly to obtain preliminary product of catalyst; (iv) vacuum drying catalyst obtained in step (iii) for 30-40 minutes; and (v) placing preliminary product of catalyst after the step (iv) in a muffle furnace and drying at a constant temperature of 500-520 degrees C for 2-4 hours.
