NOVELTY - A preparation method of fuel cell polar plate, involves (S01) dissolving graphite substrate and conductive filler in organic solvent, and mixing uniformly to obtain slurry, coating the slurry on one side surface of a metal foil, and drying to obtain a metal foil coated with slurry, (S02) uniformly mixing adhesive and metal particulate matter to obtain conductive medium, and coating the conductive medium on one side of a carbon fiber sheet to obtain a carbon fiber sheet coated with conductive medium, (S03) coating the metal foil coated with slurry on the carbon fiber sheet coated with conductive medium to obtain a composite carbon fiber sheet, (S04) removing the metal foil of the composite carbon fiber sheet to obtain a prefabricated carbon fiber sheet, molding the prefabricated carbon fiber sheet after drying, and thermally curing, and (S05) soaking the polar plate in epoxy resin ethanol solution, washing the polar plate surface, and solidifying. USE - Preparation method of fuel cell polar plate for bipolar plate of fuel cell carbon fiber galvanic pile (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to mass production or mass production. The polar plate prepared by the method has excellent forming strength and high conductivity, obtains the double-pole plate with thinner thickness, and satisfies the use of the fuel cell stack. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A preparation method of fuel cell polar plate, involves (S01) dissolving 10-90 wt.% graphite substrate and 10-90 wt.% conductive filler in organic solvent, and mixing uniformly to obtain slurry, coating the slurry on one side surface of a metal foil, and drying to obtain a metal foil coated with slurry, (S02) uniformly mixing 5-40 wt.% adhesive and 60-95 wt.% metal particulate matter to obtain conductive medium, and coating the conductive medium on one side of a carbon fiber sheet to obtain a carbon fiber sheet coated with conductive medium, (S03) coating the metal foil coated with slurry on the carbon fiber sheet coated with conductive medium to obtain a composite carbon fiber sheet, where one side of the carbon fiber sheet coated with the conductive medium in the conductive medium is propped against one side of the metal foil coated with the slurry, (S04) removing the metal foil of the composite carbon fiber sheet to obtain a prefabricated carbon fiber sheet, molding the prefabricated carbon fiber sheet after drying, and thermally curing to obtain a gas flow surface on one surface and a water flow surface on the other surface, and (S05) soaking the polar plate in epoxy resin ethanol solution, washing the polar plate surface, and solidifying the polar plate to obtain a final product.
