NOVELTY - The device has a conductive substrate provided with a color conversion layer, an organic functional layer and an electrode layer and made of a glass or flexible material. The organic functional layer is provided with a hole transporting layer, a light emitting layer and an electron transport layer. The light emitting layer is doped with a blue light and green light luminous layer. The color conversion layer is made of a graphene oxide and aggregation-induced emission (AIE) luminescence material, and emits yellow and red light. Thickness of the color conversion layer is 10-100 nanometers. USE - White-light organic electroluminescent device. ADVANTAGE - The device adopts the AIE luminous material to absorb and convert blue or green light into yellow or red light so as to convert yellow or red light into white light through a mixed AIE luminescent mechanism and an electroluminescent mechanism. The device adopts an aggregation-inducing graphene oxide doped light-emitting material to improve brightness and illumination efficiency of the device.
