▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material comprises heating and melting magnesium matrix in a crucible to obtain magnesium matrix melt, introducing air or mixed gas by oxygen and rare gas, and directly contacting top portion of the crucible and mixed gas flowing, where volume percentage content of the oxygen in the mixed gas is 10-30 wt.% and magnesium matrix is magnesium-zinc alloy, magnesium-calcium alloy, magnesium-copper alloy, magnesium-zinc-calcium alloy, or magnesium-zinc-zirconium alloy; continuously introducing carbon monoxide gas for gas-liquid in-situ reaction, ensuring the temperature of the top portion of the crucible is more than 300 degrees C, and igniting the top portion of the crucible; and solidifying the graphene-reinforced alloy melt. USE - The method is used for preparing graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, simple operation, high operation safety coefficient, and obtains low magnesium oxide content, high volume fraction graphene with high dispersion, high interface bonding strength, and excellent mechanical property of graphene-reinforced magnesium-based composite material.
