NOVELTY - Heterogeneous graphene film comprises two parts divided along thickness direction and part comprising low-defect graphene, observed less than 0.001 and another part comprises hydrogenated or fluorinated graphene. USE - Used as heterogeneous graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The heterogeneous graphene film has relatively thin graphene thickness, semi-defect graphene structure has certain transparency, and graphene film can be used as transparent unidirectional conductive heat conduction device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing heterogeneous graphene film, comprising (i) adding nitric acid-etched graphene oxide into 0.5-10 mu g/ml graphene oxide aqueous solution, using AAO film as substrate to filter into a film, adding etch-free graphene oxide solution before the drying, filtering to form a film, forming graphene heterogeneous film on the surface of the AAO film, where thickness of heterogeneous film is not greater than 100 nm; (ii) transferring AAO film to which graphene heterogeneous film is attached to closed container and carrying out fumigation at 80-100 degrees C for 2-12 hours; (iii) stripping graphene heterogeneous film from AAO film, where one side comprises etched graphene oxide and other side is made of etch-free graphene oxide; (iv) treating exfoliated graphene film with high temperature of 3000 degrees C for 1-2 hours; and (v) subjecting etched surface to hydrogenation or fluorination treatment to destroy surface conjugate structure.
