NOVELTY - The method for preparing highly dispersible graphene, involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene powder in organic solvent-water system to prepare graphene powder dispersion, adding silane coupling agent, heating to obtain silane coupling agent-grafted graphene solution, ball milling, collecting polystyrene coupling agent-grafted graphene solution, concentrating, drying to obtain modified graphene, adding anhydrous ethanol, stirring, ultrasonically processing and vacuum freeze-drying to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing highly dispersible graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of highly dispersible graphene with improved compatibility and bonding force with other organic materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing highly dispersible graphene, involves (1) ultrasonically dispersing graphene powder in organic solvent-water system to prepare graphene powder dispersion with mass concentration of 0.3-0.5%, (2) adding silane coupling agent to graphene powder dispersion, mixing, heating in water bath at 65-75 degrees C, stirring for 8-16 hours, ultrasonically dispersing at 40-50 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain silane coupling agent-grafted graphene solution, (3) transferring the silane coupling agent-grafted graphene solution to stainless steel grinding, ball milling at 200-300 rpm for 6-10 hours, collecting polystyrene coupling agent-grafted graphene solution, concentrating under reduced pressure, drying to obtain modified graphene, (4) adding 0.5-1 times anhydrous ethanol, stirring for 30-60 minutes, ultrasonically processing at 30-40 degrees C for 4-6 hours and vacuum freeze-drying to obtain highly dispersible graphene.
