NOVELTY - Tooling fabric comprises 40-50 pts. wt. flax fiber, 15-25 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. antistatic modifier, 3-6 pts. wt. modified talc powder, and 1-5 pts. wt. bentonite powder. The preparation of antistatic modifier comprises (1) feeding graphene into ethanol solvent for low-speed stirring, the stirring time is 10-20 minutes, stirring speed is 500-1000 revolutions/minute, adding 10-20 w.% of total graphene nano zeolite powder, continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes, stirring speed is 300-500 revolutions/minute, and obtaining graphene agent; (2) mixing copper powder and nickel powder according to a weight ratio of 4:1, then sending them to calcining furnace, calcining at 300-500 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain composite powder; and (3) feeding the composite powder obtained in the step (2) into graphene agent, stirring at low speed, stirring speed is 100-500 revolutions/minute, stirring is 20-30 minutes, and performing proton irradiation. USE - The tooling fabric is useful for antistatic aggregation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The tooling fabric: has electrical resistance, and improved antistatic properties.
