▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A solid electrolyte comprises an oxide solid electrolyte layer, a polymer solid electrolyte layer, a graphene quantum dot (GQD) layer between the oxide solid electrolyte layer and the polymer solid electrolyte layer. The polymer solid electrolyte layer is doped with 5 pts. wt. or less halogen compound, based on 100 pts. wt. polymer solid electrolyte. The oxide solid electrolyte layer and the polymer solid electrolyte layer each have a thickness of 20 nm to 50 μ m. The GQD layer has a thickness of 0.34-15 nm. The GQD is crystalline or the amorphous region of the GQD structure is 10% or less. USE - Solid electrolyte for manufacturing all-solid lithium secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid electrolyte has controlled activation energy and ionic conductivity by introducing a low-dimensional carbon-based material layer, and provides an all-solid-state lithium secondary battery that implements strong interfacial stabilization and has a highly stable structure.
