NOVELTY - Preparation of carbonfibers/graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy prepreg involves adding modified graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin slurry into a dip tank and placing ultrasonic generator in the dip tank, immersing carbon fibers in the slurry, removing excess resin glue, winding and forming a unidirectional prepreg, removing prepreg, drying at 50-70 degrees C for 7-12 hours and sintering at 100-120 degrees C for 4-6 hours. USE - Preparation of carbonfibers/graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy prepreg (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides carbonfibers/graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy prepreg having interlayer shear strength of 87.9 MPa and tensile strength of 64.31 MPa or less, when the graphene/carbon nanotubes content reaches 2 wt.%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of carbonfibers/graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy prepreg involves dissolving graphene in dimethylformamide and obtaining 0.1-1 mg/mL uniform dispersion, dripping a solution of isocyanate in dimethylformamide to graphene dispersion and stirring under nitrogen atmosphere at 75-80 degrees C for 1 hour, washing precipitate several times with dimethylformamide, adding solution of malondialdehyde in dimethylformamide to precipitate and reacting at 55 degrees C, vacuum-drying and obtaining modified graphene, mixing methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride curing agent and liquid carboxyl nitrile rubber in mass ratio of 100:60-80:8-12, then adding diaminodiphenylmethane and liquid carboxylated nitrile rubber in mass ratio of 100:30-40:8-12, then adding multi-walled carbon nanotubes and modified graphene, mechanically-stirring for 5-7 hours, adding 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl)phenol-30 as accelerator, reacting at 50 degrees C for 0.5 hours or more and obtaining modified graphene/carbon nanotubes/epoxy resin slurry, adding slurry into a dip tank and placing ultrasonic generator in the dip tank, immersing carbon fibers in the slurry, removing excess resin glue, winding and forming a unidirectional prepreg, removing prepreg, drying at 50-70 degrees C for 7-12 hours and sintering at 100-120 degrees C for 4-6 hours.
