▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A photoelectric material preparation method of graphene-containing phthalimide (I) and its derivative comprises mixing perylene or its derivatives with graphene, heating and dissolving mixture in high-boiling-point solvent to form solution W; under protection of inert gas, heating the solution W filtering, and storing in the dark; adding additive into filtering liquid, and storing for 24 hours; subjecting filtrate at vacuum condition, distilling to remove solvent to obtain compound (I) or its derivatives. USE - Photoelectric material preparation method of graphene-containing phthalimide (I) and its derivative (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The obtained compound (I) has improved electron mobility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Photoelectric material preparation method of graphene-containing phthalimide of formula (I) and its derivative comprises mixing perylene or its derivatives with graphene, heating and dissolving mixture in high-boiling-point solvent to form solution W; under protection of inert gas, heating the solution W filtering, and storing in the dark; adding additive into filtering liquid, and storing for 24 hours; subjecting filtrate at vacuum condition, distilling to remove solvent to obtain compound (I) or its derivatives.
