▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Porous groove white pad with function of polishing and grinding has a high elastic layer arranged on the surface of the transition layer. The polishing surface layer and the grinding material layer are orderly and compositionally connected together. The high elastic layer, the transition layer and the polishing surface layer are provided with multiple through holes. The high elastic layer comprises 20-40 pts. wt. first silica gel, 2-25 pts. wt. first nitrile rubber, 10-55 pts. wt. first thermoplastic resin, 3-5 pts. wt. first auxiliary auxiliary agent. The first nitrile rubber comprises butadiene and acrylonitrile with the acrylonitrile content ratio of 36-41%, thermoplastic resin polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyamide, polyoxymethylene, polycarbonate, polyphenylene oxide, and/or polysulfones. The first auxiliary agent is 2-mercaptobenzothiazole or sulfenamide derivative. USE - The method is useful for porous groove white pad with function of polishing and grinding. ADVANTAGE - The white pad: reduces local high temperature caused by friction; has long life; has high polishing quality; can bent polishing surface layer and the abrasive layer and deform towards one side of the abrasive layer; can enlarge the port of the through hole towards the outer side, and improves the through hole scrap discharging amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing porous groove white pad comprising (i) uniformly mixing second silica gel, second nitrile rubber, second aqueous epoxy resin adhesive, second polyurethane and second auxiliary agent, and banburying at 80-200degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes, and obtaining the transition layer, (ii) coating high elastic layer on one side of the transition layer, and the polishing surface layer, coating the grinding material layer on the other side of the transition layer, then placing in an oven, vulcanizing at 100-160degrees Celsius for 5-10 minutes, obtaining the non-porous groove white pad, (iii) providing non-hole groove white pad with a trumpet-shaped through hole with narrow upper part and wide lower part upper, coating upper edge of the through hole with a skid-proof glue layer, vulcanizing for 5-20 minutes at 100-160degrees Celsius.
