NOVELTY - A composite wear-resistant brake pad comprises polyether ether ketone, polymethylmethacrylate, silicon carbide, manganese powder, graphene and other raw materials that are subjected to thermal-acid treatment, potassium permanganate treatment, microwave treatment and modification treatment. USE - Composite wear-resistant brake pad (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of composite wear-resistant brake pad, which involves (1) mixing polyether ether ketone, polymethylmethacrylate, silicon carbide, aluminum powder, graphene and nano attapulgite, purging helium at a rate of 100 ml/minute for 3 hours, performing UV irradiation modification treatment for 5 hours under nitrogen atmosphere, (2) preparing aqueous suspension of 3% polymethylmethacrylate, ultrasonically dispersing, adding dispersion into three-necked flask, stirring, heating at above 80 degrees C, (3) introducing polyether ether ketone into the above solution, pickling, performing hot air treatment at 150 degrees C, soaking in 36% hydrochloric acid solution at room temperature, washing until the pH value is 3-4, (4) heating silicon carbide and manganese powder with a constant temperature heater, cleaning the surface, adding into solution obtained in step (3), (5) subjecting to oxidation treatment in aqueous solution of 5% potassium permanganate at 45 degrees C, magnetically stirring in oil bath, (6) subjecting to microwave treatment, (7) using flame spraying method to synthesize nano wear-resistant brake pad by injecting the solution into flame injection device, adding high calorific value methane and oxygen, firing the prepared solution from the pinhole in the form of ions to spray out at 3000 degrees C, (8) adding nano-attapulgite, adding into microwave reactor, reacting at 500 kPa at a speed of 15 kPa/minute, increasing the temperature to 1050 degrees C at a rate of 10 degrees C/minute, maintaining in nitrogen atmosphere for 8 hours, (9) drying at 120 degrees C constant temperature in oven, and (10) molding, where feeding temperature is 800 degrees C, molding temperature is 850-890 degrees C, molding pressure is 100 MPa and curing time is 9 minutes.
