NOVELTY - A self-adhesive asphalt waterproofing board comprises weather-resistant UV-resistant asphalt layer and weather-resistant high-adhesion asphalt layer. The raw material composition of the weather-resistant UV-resistant asphalt layer comprises 100-140 pts. wt. low-grade asphalt (l1), 10-50 pts. wt. high-grade asphalt (h1), 15-40 pts. wt. polymer modifier (p1), 0-4 pts. wt. functional additive (a1), 15-35 pts. wt. filler (f1), 1-10 pts. wt. UV absorber, 0.2-2 pts. wt. graphene, and 1-8 pts. wt. tackifier (t1). The weather-resistant high-adhesion asphalt layer is prepared by using 100-170 pts. wt. low-grade asphalt (l2), 10-40 pts. wt. high-grade asphalt (h2), 10-40 pts. wt. polymer modifier (p2), 0-4 pts. wt. functional additive (a2), 25-45 pts. wt. filler (f2), and 6-14 pts. wt. tackifier (t2). The functional additive is antioxidant and/or anti-aging agent. USE - Self-adhesive asphalt waterproofing board. ADVANTAGE - The self-adhesive asphalt waterproofing board solves the problem that the self-adhesive membrane of poor weather resistance and cannot be exposed for use, and improves the comprehensive waterproof and weather resistance effect of the sheet.
