▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene coated titanium electrode involves (i) dispersing the oxidized graphene in water; (ii) adding ammonium bromide solution into the dispersion obtained in the step (i), allowing to stand after stirring and obviously increasing the reducing viscosity of the oxidized graphene; (iii) coating the liquid obtained in the step (ii) on the surface of the titanium electrode and drying; and (iv) polishing the electrode surface with non-woven fabric and removing the redundant graphene material on the surface of the electrode to obtain a graphene coating titanium electrode. USE - The method for preparing graphene coated titanium electrode is used in field of carbon nano material, preferably solar cells, photovoltaic cells, solar panels, photodetectors, photo transistors, photonic devices, photo mask electrodes, photo diode electrodes, etc. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and has mild reaction condition and easy to implement.
