NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene junction box comprises weighing raw material comprising graphene material, UV resistant agent, flame retardant and plastic master batch; uniformly mixing and granulating to obtain graphene composite master batch; and mixing graphene composite master batch and remaining plastic master batch, heating and melting by extrusion molding. USE - The method is used for preparation of graphene junction box (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene junction box has simple method, good technique stability, high durability, and good UV resistance. The graphene junction box also has excellent high temperature resistance, flame-retardance and heat-conducting performance, which is not easy to burn, and can obviously improve safety of use.
