NOVELTY - Electrophoretic deposition method for preparing reduced graphene oxide film, comprises (i) preparing original graphite into graphene oxide by the modified Hummers method; (ii) dispersing the graphene oxide in deionized water, and preparing a graphene oxide suspension with a certain concentration through ultrasonic stirring; (iii) adding a reducing agent to the graphene oxide suspension prepared in step (ii) to obtain a reduced graphene oxide suspension after reduction; (iv) using conductive electrode sheets as anode and cathode, and placing them in a container containing reduced graphene oxide suspension; (v) connecting the anode and the cathode in step (iv) with direct current, and performing electrophoretic deposition on the reduced graphene oxide suspension; and (vi) taking out the anode sheet on which the reduced graphene oxide is deposited, and performing drying treatment to obtain a reduced graphene oxide film. USE - The method is useful for electrophoretic deposition method for preparing reduced graphene oxide film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide film can be uniformly and densely deposited on the surface of the anode, and the thickness of the film can be changed by adjusting the electrophoretic deposition parameters; has better anti-corrosion performance than the graphene oxide film, and has huge application potential in metal anti-corrosion.
