▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing chromatographic filler involves using silicon having hydroxyl groups of silica gel in surface. The obtained material is added to clear and transparent suspension of graphene oxide. The obtained suspension is sonicated, stirred, centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain graphene oxide-silicon dioxide pellets (GO/Si02). The ratio of the silicon having hydroxyl groups of silica gel and graphene oxide suspension is 1:10. The obtained graphene oxide-silicon dioxide pellets are baked at 400-500 degrees C for 3-4 hours in presence of inert gas. USE - Method for preparing chromatographic filler (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare chromatographic filler, which has excellent chromatographic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing chromatographic filler involves using silicon having hydroxyl groups of silica gel in surface. The obtained material is added to clear and transparent suspension of graphene oxide. The obtained suspension is sonicated, stirred, centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain graphene oxide-silicon dioxide pellets (GO/Si02). The ratio of the silicon having hydroxyl groups of silica gel and graphene oxide suspension is 1:10. The obtained graphene oxide-silicon dioxide pellets are baked at 400-500 degrees C for 3-4 hours in presence of inert gas. Chromatography is performed to the obtained material having single layer of graphene oxide. The step is performed repeatedly to obtain the surface having n+1 silicon glue and single layer of graphene oxide. The value of n not greater than 1. The surface having silicon glue spectrum filler and graphene oxide replaces the surface having hydroxyl group of silica gel. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing suspension of graphene oxide, which involves adding graphene oxide in water; performing sonication to the obtained material and performing centrifugation to the obtained material to obtain clear and transparent suspension of graphene oxide; and (2) a method for preparing graphene oxide-silicon dioxide pellets involves adding 1 pts. wt. of silicon having hydroxyl groups of silica gel in surface to 10 pts. wt. of graphene oxide suspension; performing sonication for 20-30 minutes, stirring for 2-4 hours; centrifuging and washing the obtained material and drying the obtained material under vacuum at 70 degrees C for 6-8 hours.
