NOVELTY - The method involves determining a graphene oxide sample. A continuous laser is focused on the graphene oxide sample. Fluorescence is emitted by the graphene oxide sample while increasing a laser focusing range. A fluorescence light intensity signal is collected and converted into an electric signal. A graphene oxide sample position is determined. Frequency response of position information is generated. USE - Electric field driving graphene oxide electron transfer light pulse generating method.
