▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Epoxy resin composite material is claimed. The epoxy resin composite material is obtained by composite curing of component A and component B, where component A includes graphene and epoxy resin (128); component B includes curing agent and catalyst; curing agent is pentaerythritol tetramercaptopropionate epoxy resin prepolymer (PPTM); and used amount of graphene is 5-15 wt.% of epoxy resin (128). USE - The material is useful in graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent compatibility, mechanical property, low cost and simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing epoxy resin composite material comprising (i) mixing 3-mercaptopropionic acid, pentaerythritol, catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid and toluene, placing in a three-necked flask to reflux, diverting water to reaction flask, changing liquid from turbid to clear, filtering solution through a funnel, washing filtered object with alkali to neutral and vacuum distilling to obtain colorless oily liquid, then washing colorless oily liquid and purifying by acetic acid and petroleum ether (1:1), adding 20% epoxy resin, stirring overnight at 100 degrees C and spin drying to obtain pentaerythritol tetramercaptopropionate epoxy resin prepolymer hardener (PPTM), (ii) mixing pentaerythritol tetramercaptopropionate epoxy resin prepolymer curing agent (PPTM) and catalyst to obtain component A, (iii) adding graphene and epoxy resin (128) into beaker to obtain component B, and (iv) solidifying components A and B, mixing and stirring to obtain epoxy resin composite material.
