NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensor main body provided with a side rubbing fiber. An exposed surface of the side rubbing fiber is coated with a layer of tin oxide film doped with graphene. The side rubbing fiber is selected as a single mode fiber. Core diameter of the side rubbing fiber is about 9 microns. Cladding diameter of the side rubbing fiber is about 12 microns. USE - Graphene-enhanced sensitivity based optical fiber methane sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has better sensing effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-enhanced sensitivity based optical fiber methane sensor manufacturing method.
