▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An oil-removing or oil-separating device comprises integral graphene-carbon hybrid foam having multiple pores and pore walls, where pore walls comprise single-layer or layer sheets of graphene oxide and/or reduced graphene oxide, and sheets are chemically bonded by carbon material having a carbon material-to-graphene weight ratio of 1/200-1/2. Layer of graphene sheets have 2-10 layers of stacked graphene planes having an inter-plane spacing d002 of 0.3354-0.4 nm as measured by X-ray diffraction, and single-layer or layer of graphene sheets contains 1-25 wt.% oxygen. USE - An oil-removing or oil-separating device or solvent-removing or solvent-separating device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-carbon hybrid foam materials exhibit significantly higher structural integrity (e.g. compression strength, elasticity, and resiliency), higher thermal and electrical conductivities, and better flexibility and versatility than their counterparts produced by conventional, prior art methods. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for separation of oil from water which involves providing oil-absorbing element comprising the oil-removing or oil-separating device, contacting an oil-water mixture with an element, which absorbs the oil from the mixture, retreating the element from the mixture and extracting the oil from the element, and reusing the element.
