▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of in-situ growth graphene reinforced copper-based composite material with dual-scale structure involves (i) oxidizing the electrolytic copper powder at a high temperature to obtain copper oxide powder, (ii) mixing the obtained copper oxide powder with ethanol and glucose, performing high-energy ball milling, and vacuum-drying to obtain a composite powder, (iii) placing the obtained composite powder in a tube furnace for in-situ chemical vapor reduction to obtain in-situ grown graphene-coated copper nanoparticle powder, and (iv) subjecting the obtained in-situ grown graphene-coated copper nanoparticle powder to spark plasma sintering. The copper oxide powder is copper powder coated with a copper oxide film on the surface. USE - Preparation of dual-scale structure graphene reinforced copper-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene-reinforced copper-based composite material having strong plastic matching performance, improves the uniform dispersion of graphene in the copper matrix, and avoids the agglomeration of graphene.
