▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced aluminum base composite microfiber comprises (i) performing interface-controlled heat treatment on the rod-shaped as-cast graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material, grinding to uniform diameter and polishing to obtain a rod; (ii) subjecting end of the rod obtained in the step (i) to corrosion treatment, passing corroded portion through drawing die, washing and drying to obtain a drawn blank; (iii) placing drawn blank in a drawing die, installing in a drawing device and subjecting to cold drawing, performing interfacial strengthening heat treatment every 5-10 passes and annealing once every 1-2 passes during the cold drawing process; (iv) annealing under inert atmosphere protection conditions to obtain microfiber, where, content of graphene composite material in step (i) is less than or equal to 10 vol.% and elongation rate at room temperature is higher than 5%. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene reinforced aluminum base composite microfiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced aluminum base composite microfiber has high density, uniform distribution of reinforcement body, adjustable shape and improved mechanical properties.
