NOVELTY - Water-based metal cutting fluid comprises 40-60 pts. wt. diethylene glycol borate, 20-25 pts. wt. pentaerythritol oleate, 5-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol 200, 1-1.5 pts. wt. dimethicone, 2-2.4 pts. wt. dodecyl dimethyl betaine, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene-like structure molybdenum disulfide, and 180-200 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Water-based metal cutting fluid. ADVANTAGE - The fluid has improved contact friction interface, and improved lubricating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of water-based metal cutting fluid comprising mixing molybdenum disulfide, sodium cholate and deionized water, dispersing for 5-8 hours, ultrasonic dispersing for 5-8 hours, centrifuging at 3000-4000 revolutions/minute for 20-30 minutes, ultrasonic cleaning, drying, stirring pentaerythritol oleic acid for 2-3 hours, cooling, evaporating, taking boric acid and diethylene glycol, reacting at 90-100 degrees C for 3-5 hours, taking diethylene glycol ester, pentaerythritol oleate, polyethylene glycol-200, dimethyl silicone oil, dodecyl dimethyl lycine, graphene-like structure molybdenum disulfide and deionized water, and stirring at 90-100 degrees C for 30-40 minutes.
