▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene tire comprises: (i) mixing a solid graphene raw material with a base liquid to obtain a graphene slurry; (ii) mixing the prepared graphene slurry with rubber obtain tire; (iii) repeatedly kneading the rubber mixture with graphene slurry in an internal mixer to obtain a crown rubber and a side rubber; (iv) respectively extruding the crown rubber and the side rubber by a roller extrusion extruder, then extruding through a die plate of a roller extrusion extruder to obtain a semi-finished rubber component; (v) mixing different components of the tire on a molding machine to obtain a black tire; and (vi) loading the blank tire into a vulcanizer and vulcanizing into a finished low-rolling-resistance electrostatic graphene tire, where the solid graphene has a conductivity of 992 S/m and a single layer thickness of 1.7 nm, and the base liquid is a mixture of liquid silane and naphthenic oil. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene tire.
