▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-polypropylene composite masterbatch, comprises adding xylene solution containing compatibilizer to aqueous graphene dispersion, stirring and mixing, irradiating, then solidifying, washing and freeze-drying the graphene to obtain graphene particles grafted with compatibilizer, pre-mixing the grafted graphene particles with polypropylene, extruding and pelletizing to obtain graphene-polypropylene composite masterbatch. USE - The graphene-polypropylene composite masterbatch is useful in preparing functional non-woven fabrics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-polypropylene composite masterbatch: produces spun-bond non-woven fabric with excellent mechanical properties; has excellent antibacterial, antiviral, anti-ultraviolet radiation, and antistatic functions without post-treatment; and ensures simplification process of non-woven production and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-polypropylene composite masterbatch prepared by above method.
