The PVC pipe main body comprises 40-50 pts. wt. PVC resin, 15-25 pts. wt. maleic anhydride graft copolymer, 10-20 pts. wt. hydrotalcite, 8-10 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 4-6 pts. wt. nano-calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 3-5 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorbent, 2-4 pts. wt. thiobisphenol, 3-5 pts. wt. phosphite ester, 1-3 pts. wt. phenolic resin crosslinking agent, 5-7 pts. wt. fiber complex, 0.5-1 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 1-3 pts. wt. heat stabilizer and 1-2 pts. wt. modified auxiliary agent. USE - Used as high-toughness PVC pipe material. ADVANTAGE - The material: is environmentally-friendly; adopts PVC resin as the main material and adding hydrotalcite and maleic anhydride graft copolymer as the main material to reduce the cost of the PVC pipe and enhances the pressure-bearing performance and impact resistance of PVC pipes, which has higher social use value and application prospects.
