▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heat-dissipating polymer materials by ball milling using hyperbranched polyethylene as an auxiliary agent comprises (i) uniformly mixing natural graphite and hyper-branched polyethylene in organic solvent, removing solvent to form first mixture; (ii) mixing and stirring first mixture and high density polyethylene, placing into ball milling tank to form second mixture, and performing ball milling treatment under the assistance of hyperbranched polyethylene, peeling natural graphite into oligomer layer graphene and adhering to the surface of high density polyethylene, obtaining ball milling product, the high density polyethylene is granular and surface porous high density polyethylene; and (iii) taking out ball milling product, hot pressing into sheet to obtain radiating polymer material, where the mass content of high density polyethylene is 1-90%, and the mass ratio of natural graphite and hyper-branched polyethylene is 1-20:1. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat-dissipating polymer materials by ball milling using hyperbranched polyethylene as auxiliary agent. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, easy to operate, low in price, mild in preparation conditions, environmentally-friendly, and can efficiently and continuously produce high heat dissipation polymer materials in large quantities.
