NOVELTY - The device has a first organic light emitting layer and a second electrode arranged in a stack. A first functional layer includes a first organic light emitting layer. A light emitting device includes a second functional layer. The second functional layer is arranged between a first electrode and the first functional layer. The second functional layer includes a film layer of a second organic light emitting layer and an electron blocking layer. A film layer of the second functional layer is doped with a graphene oxide material. The second functional layer comprises an electron blocking layer. The electron-blocking layer is arranged between the first electrode and the first organic light emitting layer. USE - Light emitting device for a display panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device provides the second functional layer between the first electrode and the first functional layer, so that the second functional layer is doped with a graphene oxide material, carboxyl and epoxy groups distributed on the surface of graphene oxide materials can lose electrons or accept holes, thus neutralizing the holes near a dilute carrier recombination region, and alleviating hole accumulation in the carrier recombination region effectively, and hence reducing the problem of the increase in operating voltage caused by long-term operation of the OLED light emitting device.
