NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength heated anti-corrosive graphene powder material comprises (i) preparing modified graphene nanopowder, (ii) adding modified graphene powder obtained in the step (i), fluorocarbon resin, benzoin, dimethyl silicone oil, methylene dicyclohexylamine into stirring vessel, heating at 80-100 degrees C, stirring and mixing uniformly, and (iii) adding nano silicon nitride to the mixture obtained in the step (ii), continuously stirring and mixing for 30-60 minutes, feeding into twin-screw extruder, extruding, tableting, pulverizing, grinding, sieving to obtain high-strength heating anti-corrosion graphene powder material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-strength heated anti-corrosive graphene powder material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy to control reaction conditions; has production cost; produces product having excellent strength and corrosion resistance; and is easy for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for (1) high strength heated anticorrosive graphene powder material prepared by above method; and (2) use of high strength heated anticorrosive graphene powder material, comprising applying high-strength heated anti-corrosion graphene powder material to the surface of building profile, surface of communication device, surface of iron rail or surface of light emitting diode (LED) lighting fixture.
