NOVELTY - The method involves adding graphene oxide and aniline monomer to water, stirring uniformly, adding nickel powder for ball milling, (b) using ammonium persulfate under acidic condition to make the pre-processed graphene in the sheet structure of graphite to obtain aggregate-linked graphene in sheet structure, (c) adding polyethylenediamine base material, ruthenium powder, defoaming agent, crosslinked graphene, aluminum, aggregate chloride in the solvent to mix uniformly to obtain a slurry, (d) mixing sodium sulfate, silicic acid and water uniformly to get a pre-mixed liquid, (e) coating the slurry on the carbon paper, vacuum drying, soaking into the pretreated solution, soaking for 4-10 hours at 30-40?? C, taking out and washing, drying, raising the temperature to 150-180?? C USE - Method for preparing multi-layer polyethylene terephthalate sheet anti-deformation used in fuel cell used in electric automobile, aerospace, submarine and space power supply field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides multilayer PET sheet with excellent physical and chemical properties of the graphene, larger specific surface area, stability and surface utilization rate, and high combination stability of the metal nickel in the graphene.
