NOVELTY - Preparation of cubic cobalt-nickel alloy nanoclusters-graphene comprises dispersing graphite oxide into the oil amine; adding acetylacetone cobalt and nickel acetylacetonate octadecylamine in an inert protective gas atmosphere, heating the mixture at 110-140 degrees C, preferably 120 degrees C and maintaining for 20-40 minutes, preferably 30 minutes, warming at 230-260 degrees C, preferably 245 degrees C and maintaining for 1.5-2.5 hours, preferably 2 hours; adding an organic solvent, and quenching the reaction; separating the reaction product; optionally washing and drying the product. USE - Method for preparing cubic cobalt-nickel alloy nanoclusters-graphene used for absorbing electromagnetic wave (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and fast, and has low cost and good wave-absorbing property.
