NOVELTY - Preparation method of a cyanate ester wear-resistant self-lubricating swash plate, involves (a) preparation of catalyst by adding reverse ester type mercaptan methyl tin aqueous solution and fatty acid mercaptoethanol ester, reacting, performing static stratification, separating the upper layer aqueous solution, and washing the lower layer oil phase with water to obtain fatty acid mercaptoethanol ester-reverse ester type methyl tin liquid product, (b) preparation of graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material, (c) preparation of wear-resistant self-lubricating coating, (d) performing plasma surface treatment on the metal substrate of the swash plate, pre-heating, and spraying the wear-resistant coating solution on both sides of the swash plate substrate, (e) curing by heating, fully volatilizing the solvent, heating, and cooling to form a self-lubricating and wear-resistant coating, and (f) finishing the coating formed on the metal base of the swash plate. USE - Preparation method of a cyanate ester wear-resistant self-lubricating swash plate. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts a catalyst prepared from a reverse ester type mercaptan methyl tin aqueous solution and fatty acid mercaptoethanol ester, and the graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material prepared by combining cyanate ester monomer, epoxy resin monomer and hyperbranched polysiloxane modified graphene oxide, which is mixed with solid lubricant and ionic surface treatment agent and sprayed on the surface of the swash plate metal substrate after plasma surface treatment, which greatly improves the self-lubrication and wear resistance of the swash plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation method of a cyanate ester wear-resistant self-lubricating swash plate, involves (a) preparation of catalyst by adding reverse ester type mercaptan methyl tin aqueous solution and fatty acid mercaptoethanol ester, slowly and uniformly dripping aqueous ammonia or sodium hydroxide aqueous solution with stirring until the pH value was 7.5-8, reacting at 40-45degrees Celsius for 3-3.5 hours, performing static stratification, separating the upper layer aqueous solution, and washing the lower layer oil phase with water to obtain fatty acid mercaptoethanol ester-reverse ester type methyl tin liquid product, (b) preparation of graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material by mixing 100 parts mass cyanate ester monomer and 10-15 parts mass epoxy resin monomer, ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours under the power of 50-60 W, adding 0.2-0.5 part mass accelerator prepared in the previous step and the fatty acid metal salt, evenly stirring, heating and reacting at 120-150degrees Celsius for 30-45 minutes, adding hyperbranched polysiloxane to modify graphene oxide, evenly stirring, polymerizing at 100-120degrees Celsius for 30-45 minutes, and then naturally cooling the obtained solid, which is graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material, where the hyperbranched polysiloxane-modified graphene oxide is 3-5 parts mass, and the cyanate ester monomer is a bisphenol A type cyanate ester resin monomer, (c) preparation of wear-resistant self-lubricating coating by dissolving the graphene oxide/cyanate ester composite material prepared in the previous step, heteronaphthalene biphenyl polyether sulfone, and the heteronaphthalene polyethersulfone ketone in a solvent to form a solution with a concentration of 35-40%, where the solvent is N-methylpyrrolidone or dimethylacetamide, adding PTFE, polyvinylidene fluoride or ethylene tetrafluoroethylene, evenly stirring, adding graphene oxide and nano-aluminum oxide functionalized with p-phenylenediamine, after stirring evenly, adding tungsten disulfide/molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant, cationic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant, and uniformly mixing to obtain a wear-resistant self-lubricating coating, (d) spraying by firstly performing plasma surface treatment on the metal substrate of the swash plate, pre-heating at 100-120degrees Celsius, and then spraying the wear-resistant coating solution on both sides of the swash plate substrate, where the spray volume of the solution is 10-15 g, and the spraying time is 2-3 seconds, (e) curing by heating to 200degrees Celsius, keeping for 3 hours, fully volatilizing the solvent, heating to 380degrees Celsius, keeping for 1 hour, and then naturally cooling to room temperature to form a self-lubricating and wear-resistant coating, and (f) finishing the self-lubricating coating formed on the metal base of the swash plate, and controlling the thickness at 0.01-0.05 mm.
