USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dots/rubber nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene quantum dots/rubber nanocomposite in simple and cost-effective manner, is feasible, and save energy, which has easy industrialization and wide application range, and has improves the interface combination effect of graphene quantum dot with rubber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene quantum dots/rubber nanocomposite involves dispersing graphene quantum dots, interface agent and rubber in a solvent, fully dissolving, mixing three solutions, drying mixed solution further to obtain a masterbatch, mixing masterbatch and rubber additives in an open mill or internal mixer to obtain a rubber compound, and vulcanizing the rubber compound to obtain graphene quantum dot/rubber composite material. The graphene quantum dots and the interface agent are dispersed in water, mixed with the rubber emulsion by adding flocculant in the uniform mixed emulsion flocculation, dried masterbatch in open mill or kneading mixer and rubber auxiliary to obtain rubber compound, vulcanized rubber compound to obtain graphene quantum dot/rubber composite material. The graphene quantum dot, interface agent, rubber matrix, and rubber assistant are mixed in open mill or a mixer mixing device to obtain final product.
