NOVELTY - Method of manufacturing graphene, involves mixing graphite flake immobilized with DNA and aromatic ring containing compound, and subjecting the mixture to ultrasonic wave treatment process. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene which is useful for detecting target DNA (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method of analyzing DNA, involves contacting target DNA with graphene-DNA composite, detecting whether the target DNA is complementary to the graphene-DNA composite, and combining aromatic ring containing compound on the surface of the composite; and (2) method of manufacturing graphene-nano particle complex.
