▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An insulating composition (C1) comprises: a graphene oxide and an insulating material comprising the graphene oxide; and a polar solvent having a solvent polarity index (P) of greater than 5.5. USE - As insulating composition for manufacturing a substrate (claimed) such as for manufacturing a printed circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The insulating composition has a viscosity of less than 250 cps at room temperature (25 degrees C); provides a substrate having a fine insulating layer pattern as well as a bulk insulating layer pattern; and overcomes an aggregation problem in a conventional inkjet printing method. The insulating composition can overcome the problems of the prior art by specifying a solvent having excellent compatibility with a graphene oxide to secure dispersibility of the graphene oxide in using the graphene oxide, which has excellent insulating characteristics and mechanical properties, as an insulating material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a substrate comprising an insulating layer using the insulating composition (C1); and (2) manufacturing (M1) a substrate comprising involving forming an insulating layer by using the insulating composition (C1).
