NOVELTY - Paint comprises 20-54 pts. wt. of graphene, 20-54 pts. wt. of phenoxy hybrid resin, 20-54 pts. wt. of aluminum nitride, 20-54 pts. wt. of styrene acrylate emulsion, 20-54 pts. wt. of acetylene black, 20-54 pts. wt of Eucalyptus oil, 4 pts. wt. of maleic anhydride, 4 pts. wt. of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, 4 pts. wt. of dibutyl tin laurate, 4 pts. wt. of acrylate resin and 4 pts. wt. of trisodium phosphate. USE - Paint used in power grid outdoor box. ADVANTAGE - The graphene based paint is corrosion resistant, wear resistant and thermally insulated. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Paint comprises 20-54 pts. wt. of graphene, 20-54 pts. wt. of phenoxy hybrid resin, 20-54 pts. wt. of aluminum nitride, 20-54 pts. wt. of styrene acrylate emulsion, 20-54 pts. wt. of acetylene black, 20-54 pts. wt of eucalyptus oil, 4 pts. wt. of maleic anhydride, 4 pts. wt. of 2,4,6-tris(dimethylaminomethyl)phenol, 4 pts. wt. of dibutyl tin laurate, 4 pts. wt. of acrylate resin, 4 pts. wt. of tricalcium phosphate, 4 pts. wt. of alumina, 4 pts. wt. of aluminum silicate fiber, 4 pts. wt. of cumene ester, 4 pts. wt. of ammonium carbonate, 4 pts. wt. of titanium dioxide, 4 pts. wt. of leaves of Artemisia argyi, 4 pts. wt. of Cattail, 4 pts. wt. of musks, 4 pts. wt. of iron powder and 4 pts. wt. of silica sol. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-based coating which involves: (A) ball milling of mixture of hybrid phenoxy resin, aluminum nitride and acetylene black for 3 minutes; (B) adding eucalyptus oil and stirring for 20 minutes; (C) adding maleic anhydride when mixture is at 45 degrees C; (D) adding 2,4,6-tris (dimethylaminomethyl) phenol, dibutyl tin dilaurate, acrylate hybrid resins, trisodium phosphate, fumed aluminum oxide, aluminum silicate fibers, tricalcium phosphate ester cumene, ammonium carbonate, titanium dioxide, leaves of Artemisia argyi, Cattail, musks, iron powder and silica sol; and (E) stirring for 40 minutes to obtain graphene based coating.
