NOVELTY - A single surface fluorinated graphene composite latex lubricating condom preparing method involves chemically oxidizing a fluorinated graphene and surface-modifying to make the surface hydrophobic and forming a stable dispersion in water. The dispersion is mixed and dispersed into a latex used in a conventional condom to obtain a composite latex. The conventional condom is impregnated with latex during the first and second impregnation, the immersion liquid in the third impregnation is a composite latex emulsion and a condom is formed which only the outermost surface is a composite latex containing fluorinated graphene. The oxidized lyophilized fluorinated graphene powder is placed in an aqueous solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone. The surface-treated fluorinated graphene powder is filtered, dispersed in pure water, the fluorinated graphene composite aqueous dispersion is mixed with the conventional condom latex to obtain a composite latex. USE - Method for preparing single surface fluorinated graphene composite latex lubricating condom. ADVANTAGE - The method enables satisfying the outer lubrication when worn, preventing the inner surface from coming off as the fluorinated graphene is in a stable state, ensuring that the product does not become grayish and dark and making condom into an oil-free and water-lubricated condom by replacing silicone oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A single surface fluorinated graphene composite latex lubricating condom preparing method involves chemically oxidizing a fluorinated graphene and surface-modifying to make the surface hydrophobic and forming a stable dispersion in water. The dispersion is mixed and dispersed into a latex used in a conventional condom to obtain a composite latex. The mold is formed by three impregnation processes and the conventional condom is impregnated with latex during the first and second impregnation, the immersion liquid in the third impregnation is a composite latex emulsion and a condom is formed which only the outermost surface is a composite latex containing fluorinated graphene. The oxidized lyophilized fluorinated graphene powder is placed in an aqueous solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone at a concentration of 0.5-1 wt.% for 1-2 hours, where the mass ratio of the fluorinated graphene powder to the polyvinylpyrrolidone aqueous solution is 1:80-120. The surface-treated fluorinated graphene powder is filtered and dispersed in pure water, where the mass ratio of the fluorinated graphene powder to the pure water is 1:80-120 and the fluorinated graphene composite aqueous dispersion having a dispersion stability of more than 24 hours is formed. The fluorinated graphene composite aqueous dispersion is mixed with the conventional condom latex by a mass ratio of 1:1-50 to obtain a composite latex.
