NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly coating comprises seawater shell powder, kaolin, light calcium carbonate, nano-silica, titanium dioxide-bismuth vanadate-graphene ternary nano-composite material, adhesive powder and formaldehyde capture agent, where the grain size of the seawater shell powder is 500-1300 meshes. USE - The environmentally friendly coating is useful for purifying formaldehyde. ADVANTAGE - The coating solves technical problem that the coating releases formaldehyde to affect human health in the prior art. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing environmentally friendly coating for purifying formaldehyde, comprising (S1) mixing hydroxyethyl cellulose, aqueous silicone oil, sodium alginate, polyethylene glycol, dispersant, 40-60% antifoaming agent and water through medium speed stirring to obtain slurry, (S2) adding seawater shell powder, zeolite powder, titanium pigment, diatomite and other raw materials into the slurry obtained in the step (S1), and performing high speed stirring to obtain base material, and (S3) adding silicon-acrylic emulsion, film-forming auxiliary agent, anti-foaming agent into the base material, stirring uniformly at low speed, adding photo-catalytic composite colloid, and stirring at low speed to obtain the product.
