NOVELTY - Polyaniline graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosive paint comprises component A and component B in mass ratio of 1:0.25-1:0.5, where the component A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 20-40 pts. wt. first solvent, and the component B comprises 30-50 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. eigenstate polyaniline graphene composite material and 30-50 pts. wt. second solvent. The curing agent is selected from polyamide curing agent and polyetheramine curing agent. USE - Polyaniline graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The polyaniline graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosive paint is prepared in simple and cost-effective manner, and has excellent anti-corrosive performance, and high temperature resistance and hardness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyaniline graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosive paint comprises component A and component B in mass ratio of 1:0.25-1:0.5, where the component A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent, 10-20 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent and 20-40 pts. wt. first solvent, and the component B comprises 30-50 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-30 pts. wt. eigenstate polyaniline graphene composite material and 30-50 pts. wt. second solvent. The curing agent is selected from polyamide curing agent, polyetheramine curing agent, ethylenediamine curing agent, liquid aliphatic polyamine curing agent or liquid phenolic amine curing agent. Flatting agent is dimethylsiloxane, alkyl modified organosiloxane, silic-308A, levaslip-466 or MODAREZ (RTM: High performance additive)-X043, X080 and X073. Defoaming agent is organic silicone or fluorine-containing foam destroying polymer solution. Dispersing agent is SYNTHRO (RTM: Polymeric wetting and dispersing additive)-PON S 596 and PON S 606. The eigenstate polyaniline graphene composite material is prepared by utilizing hydrochloric acid solution of graphene, aniline, oxidizing agent, ferric chloride and ammonium persulfate. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing polyaniline graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosive paint, which involves: (A) adding epoxy resin and first solvent in a reaction vessel under protection of nitrogen; (B) stirring and dispersing the obtained material and then adding the stirred material with flatting agent, defoaming agent, filler and wetting and dispersant; (C) stirring for 0.5-2 hours, dispersing and grinding, discharging and sealing to obtain the component A; (D) adding curing agent and eigenstate polyaniline graphene composite material in a reaction vessel under protection of nitrogen; (E) stirring the obtained material and then adding the rest components and then discharging, dispersing, grinding and sealing to obtain the component B; and (F) mixing the component A and B and then stirring and keeping for 30 minutes to obtain the desired product.
