NOVELTY - Preparing zinc aluminate graphene composite material, comprises preparing the zinc aluminate powder, graphene oxide powder and absolute ethanol into a mixed powder, and adding the mixed powder into deionized water to obtain a mixed solution, adjusting pH of mixed solution between 8.0-9.0, performing ultrasonic operation on the mixed solution, carrying out homogenization operation to mixed solution, and carrying out a vacuum drying operation on the mixed solution to obtain the zinc aluminate graphene composite material, activating carboxy functional group, hydroxy functional group and carbonyl functional group on the surface of the graphene oxide, combining carboxy functional group, hydroxy functional group and carbonyl functional group on surface of the graphene oxide with the aluminum oxide2-group of the zinc aluminate, so that the zinc aluminate and the graphene oxide form a covalent bond and uniformly dispersing into the graphene oxide. USE - The zinc aluminate graphene composite material is useful in lead-acid battery cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare zinc aluminate graphene composite material that improves battery capacity and good cycle stability.
